Spring Camp Week 1

Cancellation Policy

By registering for any Happimess camps, classes, or programs, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. I understand that the cancellation and refund policy is provided separately and applies to all registrations. 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that art, sensory play, and camp activities may involve the use of materials such as paints, clay, water, slime, foam, or small objects. While Happimess uses non-toxic materials that comply with Canadian safety standards, these activities may still involve risks including minor injuries, allergic reactions, or staining of clothing. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my child’s participation. 2. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency, I authorize Happimess staff to seek necessary medical care for my child. I understand that staff will make reasonable efforts to contact me or the emergency contact provided. I accept financial responsibility for any medical services required. 3. Supervision & Behavior Expectations I acknowledge that Happimess staff will supervise participants during camp activities. I understand that my child is expected to follow safety rules and instructions. If my child’s behavior within their ability compromises safety or significantly disrupts programming, Happimess reserves the right to remove them from the program without refund. 4. Clothing & Personal Belongings I understand that art and sensory activities can be messy. Happimess is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing or personal items. I will send my child in appropriate attire for messy activities. 5. Allergies, Medical Conditions & Additional Needs I am responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding my child’s allergies, medical conditions, and additional needs prior to participation. While reasonable accommodations may be made, I understand that Happimess cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. 6. Liability Waiver & Release I release and hold harmless Happimess, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims or liability related to my child’s participation in programming, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 7. Media Policy Happimess does not take identifiable photos of children. Photos taken during camp may obscure my child’s face or be taken from angles that do not show their face. By proceeding with registration, I acknowledge and consent to this media policy.
