What to expect & Cancellation Policies

For Camps:

Please don't forget to dress for a mess, pack a healthy lunch and snack, and a bottle of water.

Our schedule for the day runs as follows:

9:00 am   Drop off time 

Settling in/introductions and unstructured play

9:30 am   Art time (step-by-step painting)

10:45 am Snack time

Washing hands and getting ready for outside play (please dress for the weather)

11:15 am Outside time

12:15 pm Lunchtime

1:00 pm   Art time (outside crafts, weather allowing)

1:45 pm   Unstructured creative time

2:00 pm   Art time (Applied arts)

2:45 pm   Cleanup time

Washing up and getting ready for pick-up

3:00 pm Pick-up time*

 

*We give the last child to be picked up some candy, it takes away the disappointment of being the last one there and the sugar rush after is just an added bonus for parents. Please note that if you are late the stakes go up and they are given more and more sugar by the minute!

Cancellations and Refunds: This includes, but is not limited to the following: Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, Winter Holiday Camps and Pro D Day Camps.

  • Please note that camp registration fees are non-refundable, and your spot is only secured after full payment is completed. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us 10 days prior to the camp start date at info@happimess.net to receive credit towards any of our services or products.

  • Wait-listed campers will be prioritized in the order of our online registration process. If a spot becomes available, wait-listed campers will have 24 hours to claim their spot before we move on to the next camper on the list.

  • In the event that Happimess cancels all or part of a program for any reason, we will provide full credit towards any of our services or products for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started).

  • If you need to cancel due to sickness, please provide a medical note and we'll offer credit towards any of our services or products. Refunds will be issued only on a case-by-case basis and are up to the discretion of Happimess's management team.

For all other cancellations made prior to 10 days before the camp start date, we regret to inform you that no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellation Policy for Classes:

  • To secure your spot in a class, full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel your enrollment in a class, please notify us at least 10 days before the class start date by sending an email to info@happimess.net

  • Upon timely cancellation, you will receive a credit that can be applied towards any of our services or products.

  • In the event a spot becomes available in a class, waitlisted students will be prioritized based on the order of our registration process.

  • Waitlisted students will have 24 hours to claim their spot before we move on to the next student on the list.

  • In the event that Happimess cancels all or part of a scheduled class for any reason, we will provide full credit towards any of our services or products for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the class has already started).

For all other cancellations made within 10 days or less of the class start date, we regret to inform you that no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations and Refunds: 

  • In the event of postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will remain valid, and you will be notified of the new date. If the new date is not suitable for you, a refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations due to sickness, with a valid medical note for the ticket holder, will receive credit applicable to any of our services or products. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of Happimess' management team.

  • For all other cancellations made more than 13 days before the event, neither refunds nor credits will be issued.

For private adult events, deposits can be used to reschedule if notification of rescheduling is received at least 7 days before the event. Otherwise, no refunds or credits will be issued for private adult events.

  • Dress for a mess, our paints do not wash off.

Birthday Party Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life is full of surprises and unforeseen circumstances. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your booked birthday party, we're here to make the process as easy as possible.

Rescheduling Your Birthday Party:

  • Your deposit is fully transferable, and it can be used to reschedule your party for a new date within the next 6 months. We want to ensure that your special celebration can still take place, even if plans change unexpectedly.

  • To reschedule your party, please notify us as soon as possible. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible before your originally scheduled event date to secure the best availability for your new date.

  • We will work closely with you to find a suitable alternative date that accommodates your needs and preferences.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you decide to cancel your birthday party entirely, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. In such cases, we will refund your deposit in full.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
