Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Happimess, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy for all services and events below: 1. General Cancellations: Cancellations due to sickness (with a medical note) will receive credit toward any of our services or products. Refunds will be issued only on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Happimess' management team. 2. Advance Notice: For all other cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, no refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will be eligible for a full credit or refund, as applicable. 3. Camps: This includes Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, Winter Holiday Camps, and Pro-D Day Camps. If Happimess needs to cancel all or part of a program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide all families with a full credit for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started). 4. Party Bookings: If you need to postpone your party for any reason, your deposit will not expire, and you can book a new date of your choosing. If you wish to cancel the event 14 days prior, a full deposit refund will be issued. 5. Adult Nights: If Happimess needs to postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, your credit will not expire, and you will be notified of the new date. If you are unable to make the new date, a refund will be issued. 6. Liability and Attire: Happimess is not responsible for any ruined clothes. While aprons are provided, we recommend that everyone wear messy clothes to the classes. By participating in our services and events, you agree to release Happimess from any liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal property.
