Happimess Holiday Parade Registration & Liability Waiver

Event Details:

Event: Downtown Squamish Holiday Parade
Date: Saturday, November 30th
Drop-Off: 4:30pm on Vancouver Street.
- Parents must drop off participants at the Happibus at this location.
Parade Start: 5:00 PM
Parade End: 6:00 PM
Pick-Up: Nester's Market parking lot, as this will give you a chance to head back into town to participate in more festivities or escape the traffic.

Cleveland Avenue (between Main St. and Winnipeg) will stay closed until 8 PM, so stick around for what promises to be a seriously festive evening! Afterward, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be holding court at "Santa’s Grotto" (a.k.a. O'Siyam Pavilion), greeting families and maybe even playing some tunes.

Participant Information

This event is exclusive to registered Happimess participants from our art classes and after-school programs.

Registration for this event will be on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis due to limited bus capacity.
The bus will be warm, but please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.

I understand that participation in the Downtown Squamish Holiday Parade involves risks, including transportation on the Happibus and walking in a public parade.
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Happimess, its staff, volunteers, and organizers, from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event or associated activities.
I confirm that my child is a registered Happimess participant and has permission to attend the event.
