Important Notes for Parents

• Waivers must be filed for each business before registration is considered complete.

  • Squamish Dance Center (SDC): Sign the waiver Existing SDC families do not need to fill out the waiver. 

  • The Ninja Gym: Sign the waiver

  • Gather Bookshop: (Link to be provided separately)

  • Cloud Gymnastics: Create an account and sign the waiver Parents must add themselves as the account holder and then their child as the student. 

  • Arrow Wood Games: Sign the waiver

  • Act Alive Register here Existing Act Alive families do not need to fill out the waiver. 

  • MTNJJ Sign the waiver Existing MTNJJ families do not need to fill out the waiver.

• Transportation is included with the Happimess and Ninja Gym buses

• Drop-off & Pick-up will be at the same location to keep things simple.

• *Children must have completed Kindergarten and be turning 6 years old on or before December 31, 2026 (born in 2020 or earlier) to attend. Please refer to the relevant law.

• Kids will have snacks and lunch wherever they are at the time, so everything should be easy to carry.

• Please pack a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. Indoor shoes are required for all locations, and campers should wear messy clothes for art activities!

• Kids will participate in 7 out of the 8 businesses as they will split due to capacity between Arrow Wood Games & Gather Bookshop. This is a 2-day camp where campers will explore and experience 7 different local businesses. Each day begins with drop-off and a short settling-in period at Base Camp (your selected ticket location), followed by the first activity block on-site. Throughout the day, campers rotate through multiple activity blocks at different partner locations, with travel time, snack time and lunch built in between stops. After the final activity block, campers return to Base Camp for pick-up (same place you dropped them off.

  The schedule is designed to keep kids engaged, moving, and experiencing a variety of activities across different environments, with smooth transitions and supervised travel throughout.

🚨 Important: Your ticket determines your child's starting and ending location each day. We have 8 different starting point options, each named after a participating business.

Regardless of which ticket you select, your child will experience 7 different activities—this just sets their drop-off and pick-up point. Due to capacity limits:

• ALL groups Ages 5-8 will go to Gather Bookshop for a storytelling and creative workshop.

• ALL groups Ages 8-12 will go to Arrow Wood Games for an epic Magical Kitties adventure.

• Important: If your child is 8 years old, you can choose whether they go to Gather Bookshop or Arrow Wood Games. However, please make sure you select the correct age group when booking:

  • If your child is 8 and you want them to go to Gather Bookshop, choose the 5-8 age group.

  • If you want them to go to Arrow Wood Games, choose the 8-12 age group.

  
  

• For example: If you pick Happimess as your starting location for your 8-year-old, but want them to stay with the group that will go to Arrow Wood Games, make sure you select the "Happimess (age 8-12) ticket."
