About the Event

Full Description

Our first Community Chat is a gentle, judgment-free conversation about the realities of parenthood—especially in the early years.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space to feel seen, supported, and connected.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The emotional and mental load of becoming a parent

  • Why so many moms struggle (and why it’s not your fault)

  • Common postpartum experiences—without clinical overwhelm or stigma

  • What actually helps in real life (not just on Instagram)

  • How community, connection, and shared experiences can make this season feel lighter

We’re keeping this conversation grounded, real, and hopeful:

While you listen, share (if you want to), or simply take it in, your children can play in our sensory space—because support for parents should be accessible and realistic. (parents remain responsible for supervising their own children throughout the session.)

Meet Your Speaker

Hi! I’m Ally—a doula, mother, and someone who refuses to sugarcoat motherhood.

I care deeply about maternal mental health because too many women are silently struggling while trying to hold it all together. In this space, we talk about the hard things, the invisible load, and what real support should actually look like.

I speak from firsthand experience about how overwhelming this season can be. Let’s walk it together.
