Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations due to sickness (medical note required) or not passing the health check questionnaire will receive credit to any of our services or products, refunds will be issued only on a case-by-case basis and is up to the discretion of Happimess' management team. Camps: This includes, but is not limited to the following: Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, Winter Holiday Camps and Pro D Day Camps. In the event Happimess has to cancel all or part of a program due to a positive COVID-19 test or a change to the provincial guidelines, Happimess will provide all families with a full credit, to any of our services or products, for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started). Party Bookings: Should you need to postpone your party for any reason, your deposit will not expire and you will be able to book a new date of your choosing. If you wish to cancel the event 14 days prior a full deposit refund will be issued. Adult Nights: Should the provincial guidelines change and we need to postpone the event, your credit will not expire and you will be notified of the new date, if you are unable to make the new date a refund will be issued.
