Service Description

We have been working hard to implement new ways to live and work in these difficult times. We are now ready and confident to welcome back drop-ins in a controlled way to play, with no more than 5 family units at a time (with a maximum of 10 people in our space). Come enjoy a 1-hour playtime with sensory materials made just for you, choose to take it home or discard it at the end of your play session. Paint on massive paper-covered walls or draw on any walls or windows! Everything touched will be sanitized and washed for the next session. *For punch card holders please choose the pay in person option to use your punch card. We continue to implement all health mandates and will have set spots to ensure social distancing, mask wearing is mandatory, and we ask our participants to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations due to sickness (medical note required) or not passing the health check questionnaire will receive credit to any of our services or products, refunds will be issued only on a case-by-case basis and is up to the discretion of Happimess' management team. Those who fail to meet PHO mandates will receive no credit or refunds. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/health/about-bc-s-health-care-system/office-of-the-provincial-health-officer/current-health-topics/covid-19-novel-coronavirus#orders For all other cancellations prior to 13 days of the event, NO refund or credit will be issued.​ Camps: This includes, but is not limited to the following: Summer Camps, Spring Break Camps, Winter Holiday Camps and Pro D Day Camps. In the event Happimess has to cancel all or part of a program due to a positive COVID-19 test or a change to the provincial guidelines, Happimess will provide all families with a full credit, to any of our services or products, for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started). Party Bookings: Should you need to postpone your party for any reason, your deposit will not expire and you will be able to book a new date of your choosing. If you wish to cancel the event 14 days prior a full deposit refund will be issued. Adult Nights: Should the provincial guidelines change and we need to postpone the event, your credit will not expire and you will be notified of the new date, if you are unable to make the new date a refund will be issued.
