Our learning pods are designed to provide a safe space for your children to continue their learning experience by adding art to their at-home curriculum. Students involved in the arts have tremendous academic benefits compared to students without exposure to the arts. Art inspires kids to excel, increases motivation, improves attitudes, reduces anxiety and improves overall academic performance.
We cater to each individual child based on their age, skill, and attention span. We encourage free creativity while teaching technique in a structured environment, we give older kids more challenging art levels and responsibility, we encourage the little ones to seek help from the older kids creating a community and cooperative space.
With social distancing still in place we have a maximum of 6 kids per pod (exceptions for siblings and family units). We will try to spend as much time outside as possible (weather permitting) and encourage frequent hand washing. Our sensory bins will consist of only antibacterial materials like shaving cream, soap and water etc. Don't worry, we get very creative with our sensory bins! Our cleaning procedures were always impeccable (who else washes walls!) but we have switched our cleaning to all antiseptic products to ensure a more sanitized environment.
Reserve your spot now and we will contact you closer to the date for a health screening questionnaire that must be completed before our first day.
