A CAREFUL RESTART

Your family's safety, our family's safety and the safety of our community will continue to be our number 1 priority.

Art is not just a creative outlet, it physically benefits us too. Studies show that spending just 45 minutes on an art project can relieve stress, strengthen critical thinking skills and improve and sustain memory. We are committed to provide the safest environment possible for you and your family to relieve stress through our many artistic services. Drop-ins in 2020

  9:00 -10:00 am Mon & Tues

10:30 -11:00 am Mon & Tues

10:00 -11:00 am Saturdays

Research shows that sensory play builds nerve connections in the brain's pathways, which lead to the child's ability to complete more complex learning tasks. Sensory play supports language development, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, problem-solving skills, and social interaction.

Arts Education affects the way we see others and ourselves. New brain research shows that not only does art improve skills in Math and Reading, but it promotes creativity, social development, personality adjustment, and self-worth.

Our learning pods are designed to provide a safe space for your children to continue their learning experience by adding art to their at-home curriculum. Students involved in the arts have tremendous academic benefits compared to students without exposure to the arts. Art inspires kids to excel, increases motivation, improves attitudes, reduces anxiety and improves overall academic performance.

We cater to each individual child based on their age, skill, and attention span. We encourage free creativity while teaching technique in a structured environment, we give older kids more challenging art levels and responsibility, we encourage the little ones to seek help from the older kids creating a community and cooperative space.

With social distancing still in place we have a maximum of 6 kids per pod (exceptions for siblings and family units). We will try to spend as much time outside as possible (weather permitting) and encourage frequent hand washing. Our sensory bins will consist of only antibacterial materials like shaving cream, soap and water etc. Don't worry, we get very creative with our sensory bins! Our cleaning procedures were always impeccable (who else washes walls!) but we have switched our cleaning to all antiseptic products to ensure a more sanitized environment.

Reserve your spot now and we will contact you closer to the date for a health screening questionnaire that must be completed before our first day.
